#FieldtripFriday revisited. In 1975 I visited this unconformity on the north side of Loch Assynt where #Torridonian sandstones and conglomerates overlie #Lewisian gneiss.
I even spotted the ledge I climbed onto to point out the unconformity surface to my classmates.

I get taken out for a ride a day early this week!

Heading down to the International District for the 1st time since pre-plague days. Gonna go to my partner's favorite Chinese restaurant for lunch, head over to one of my favorite bakeries, & then mosey on over to Uwajimaya.

If we're lucky, my daughter may drop in for a guest appearance as she's housesitting nearby.
If I manage to behave myself, there could be a detour through the Arboretum & Japanese Garden.
