Keine Ahnung, warum ich beim Domainumzug darauf setzen musste (vermute irgendein Anbieter hat die erzeugten Shows-Feeds von #Podlove nicht anerkannt, ich hoste drei unterschiedliche Podcasts auf ISOLIERSTATION.de), aber #Feedburner verweigert heute absolut den Dienst bzw. lässt den #Feed auch nicht refreshen.
Einmal mehr verstehe ich, warum man für All-in-One-Podcast-Dienste richtig zur Kasse gebeten wird. Ich werde zu alt für dieses ganze #Wordpress Selfhosting...

Working on my new home (https://davidaugust.ghost.io/ on day 2 of my 124 day trial) for my articles and #blogging, I am realizing that unlike in the past, it might not make sense to use feedburner anymore.
My new home will allow me to have the whole thing served from a domain I own and control, including the feed.
Making a #proxy for the #feed, to preserve #subscribers if I were to change #tech or companies, seem a little superfluous. Am I missing compelling reasons to use #feedburner in 2025?

5. They had a quite good RSS reader, FeedBurner service was also great on the other side. Google Groups was and is quite useful.
6. I do not remember my opinion of other discontinued services, such as Picasa (also non-developed by Google). I do not have so good opinion of other services such as Blogger or Google Sites, although I have used them and I acknowledge they made it easier to make blogs and create web pages. You may have distinct opinions on these or others.

RSS отлично себя чувствует
RSS и Atom — простые и понятные форматы для публикации контента. Кто-то считает, что золотое время RSS осталось в прошлом, но это не так. На самом деле этап хайпа остался в прошлом, а сейчас синдикация вышла на плато продуктивного использования в своих нишах. Например, подкасты ( MP3 по RSS ) живут и процветают. Но корпорациям использовать RSS не выгодно. Например, компания Google удалила RSS откуда могла и позакрывала сервисы. Но это не помогло. RSS отлично себя чувствует . Хабр и многие другие сайты получают существенную часть трафика со своих фидов.
