Imagine you’re wearing a thin, itchy superhero suit that covers you from head to toe. If that suit is too tight, you simply can’t dance! This "suit" is real—it's called Fascia.
Think of Fascia as a thin, silver "web" wrapping around every muscle, bone, and organ. It’s your body’s internal fiber-optic network. When we get stressed or stuck in old patterns, this web gets "sticky" and tight, trapping old energy and slowing down our "Humanware" (the physical equipment of our nervous system).
