After asking #Farnell to send the recent comms they hadn't sent I made payment to the new #Farnell account with the provided reference.
I've now received a third "Overdue Account" email.
Every time I call credit control I hear "The destination number is not accepting calls" and it hangs up.
I tried live chat, explained the situation, they say they have no emails from me, I provided mail logs, I asked if I could give them the details of the transaction, they ended the chat.
Hopefully this doesn't end up going to a DCA 😩 .
