The hacked up wires did not survive the 2-3 times I opened and closed the sandwich of the two boards today. Spent most of the day just removing the annoying bits of stranded wire used in the through hole connectors and cleaning the 40 year old flux residue.
I happened to have a second batch of pins and wires from the previous work I did on my #trs80 Model 1.
Keyboard repair started great. Cleaned and prepped so that soldering went smooth. #radioshack #trs80
