Does anyone on Vancouver Island know who to contact to clean up a shore filled with trash. I picked up what I could but this needs a team and machinery.

There is oyster farm trash, 3 large concrete blocks filled with stirofoam, dozens of spent cartridges, lots of discarded fishing nets, small buoys, hard plastic tubes, plastic tape, cans, etc.

It's on the shore in Fanny Bay.

It's a sensitive habitat for lots of species.

A full day yesterday. We delivered some pickled salmon to an elder at #Stzuminus, checked in on my 88 y/o mom in #QualicumBeach, went up to Mt Washington in #ComoxValley to play in the snow then had lunch at the #FannyBay Inn on the way home. Best fries on #VancouverIsland and the hazy IPA reminds me of the Hanalei IPA from #Kona Brewing Co. Heck of a day. #pnw #VancouverIsland

Drove on the old highway (mostly) on #VancouverIsland from Ladysmith to #FannyBay for lunch at the #FannyBayInn with a great friend yesterday. Oyster burger and fries were as good as ever. That route takes me back a long way to when it was the only, slower and calmer route.
