This #Photograph is of the #engine section of a #SpaceX #Falcon9 #rocket. The earliest version of the Falcon had its 9 #Merlin engines in a 3 by 3 square, but this was changed to the “Octoweb” configuration after the square shape induced undesired roll due to the gas generator exhaust.
