Turns out that "adding more traffic to a traffic jam" is a useful metaphor for "adding more fiber to a constipated digestive tract".

Simplement ce que l'on trouve par hasard, abandonné dans la végétation, 15j après une intervention d' #Orange et/ou de son sous-traitant #Circet, après une intervention de dépannage sur une #fibre arrachée. Attention ça ne ressemble pas à un oubli, mais localisé à plus de 50m du passage de la ligne, et jeté en bordure d'un chemin trés peu passagé, bien une volonté de ne pas prendre en charge ce dechet. (à la louche, il y a bien 100m de F.O.)

While over here we have a data provider which is in competition with the first provider. They are pulling kilometers of fiber optic cable, per day, in the street {air mounts} to the Fibre Access Terminals FAT, to get as much people connected as possible.

The first provider has done something that I've spoken before and we still don't have the cable in the street let alone the Fibre access terminals from them
