The #Nazi Führer #AdolfHitler on #ThisDayInHistory in 1945 bade farewell to the surface world & moved into the secure #Führerbunker in Berlin. He would never move out, killing himself at the end of April. It's a shame for the world he didn't somehow meet his end decades earlier.

Wieder was gelernt: bei #Freudenstadt im #Nordschwarzwald gab's wohl einen #Führerbunker, welcher aber nur 1x nach der Eroberung Frankreichs verwendet wurde.
Forscher rätseln noch zusammen mit französischen Kollegen über dessen Rolle und die Geschehnisse bei diesem einen Besuch.
