Anyone here found a source for replacement consoles for excercise equipment at cheap / reasonable prices?

I'm looking again, this time for an exercise bike that has variable resistance settings. And none of the Chinese models mention this, and the "genuine" dealer-supplied models cost as much as new bikes.
