What does it mean when anti-Semites and Islamophobes become Israel’s most eager defenders in #Europe and the #USA? Far-right Douglas #Murray is a conspiracy theorist (#Eurabia, the “great replacement”) and a very busy Zionist these days, turns out, currently visiting #Israel.

The interviewers (in fake blonde, to put him at ease maybe) seem quite thirsty for any acknowledgment Israel is not a monster, it’s almost comical. Was curious to see if they’d dare to ask who’s replacing whom in the so called great replacement theory of his, but I guess they run out of time.

Q: Can you explain if these [demonstrators] are pro-Palestinians or anti-Semites?

Murray: "It's both. There are many Muslims at these demonstrations shouting 'from the river to the sea,' and they know exactly what they are saying. A small part of them, 20 percent, have no idea what river they are talking about, and wouldn't understand even if you showed them a map. There is a certain level of ignorance among young propagandists who adopt some kind of American idiocy.
"But most of the dynamics at these demonstrations comes from the Muslim communities, and that's something we'll have to deal with. It's a deep shame that this is happening in Berlin, London and Paris. But Israel is at the forefront of all this. You are the ones who dealt with the #Intifada, you are the ones dealing with Hamas. We only got a taste of this, and we don't want any more."

Murray’s world view reflected in the interview is almost identical to that of your average Israeli settler and right wing ideologists, especially the warning they like to dispense that #Europe is next (after Israel) and that the protestors are all Muslim.
