Haiti is represented by Haitian Espageti. I made the hot dogs for this but not the pasta. I made 2lbs of hot dogs and they were gone the same day. No leftover pasta, no leftover sauce, no leftover hot dogs. Delicious. The epis is very reminiscent of Afghan Green Sauce. Soul food. So good.
