Finally all components on both halves are in.

Instead of soldering the Arduino directly on PCB, I decided to use pin header and socket combo to keep controllers easily removable in case I need to repurpose temporarily.

Another reason to do so was to lower my chances to mess things up as my soldering skills are more on noob side.

The compromise was to loose the compactness of the build.

My creative idea for holding through hole electronic components temporarily for soldering on the flip side - Painter's Tape.

Chose to go this route as this was available at hand and soldering is only a one off thing and didn't feel like buying something specific for this and not use it down the road.

Finally started soldering the key switch sockets on the printed circuit boards (PCBs). Was quicker and easier than I was expecting. Soldered about 20 sockets for now, showing only 6 in the picture. 'Third Hand' or 'Helping Hands' are proving to be very helpful, definitely recommended.

A lot of firsts with this project that I started.

- First full fledged #electronics project involving quite a bit of soldering.
- First mechanical #Keyboard build.
- First split / ergonomic kb.
- First project involving #Arduino.

Will share my journey over time as it progresses. It'll take me months to complete since I haven't yet decided on all aspects of the build & will be learning the needed skills #HandsOn.
