Then what kind of pie to do? It needed to be very easy to make; while being quintessentially British and not something Americans have seen before
Butter Pie!
A N. British pie with potato, onion, butter and pepper. That's it!
So I spent today with a hair net on making and teaching pie making in a commercial kitchen.

every time they put their prices up.

wait, do they still have their audi parked outside
when they switched to a cheaper cooking oil ๐ค
when they're open but won't put the fryer back on just for me because I've only got home at 9pm ๐ค
i don't begrudge them an audi considering they must work about 70 hours a week.
otoh, where are they driving? they're open 7 days a week.
