If the Democratic Party takes Congress in 2026, the first thing they should do is end the Senate filibuster. It’s a rule that if it ever did serve a purpose, it now prevents any opportunity for Congress to challenge a POTUS that does not respect the rule of law. It’s not in the constitution.

It provides no answers for the obvious cover-up and fails to hold anyone accountable. However, the report didn’t shy away from naming names.
Although damning, the DOJ stopped short of filing any charges or recommending the firings of any local, state, or federal law enforcement officers or authority figures involved in the failure to save lives for the sake of promoting themselves as heroes. Despite the obvious negligence, and ultimately, culpability, the report doesn’t mention the word “negligent” or “negligence” once.
