@gemelliz just throwing this out there, but say, someone, by virtue of their action, inaction, or policy (government or otherwise) causes a medical professional (that has taken the Hypocritic Oath, aka The Declaration of Geneva) to not perform so as to meet the requirements of that oath, and as a result someone suffers damages, be it physical, emotional or loss of life.

Would that person not be liable for charges of *directly* causing:
1. said professional from performing their level best to meet that oath, and;
2. damages, be it physical, emotional or loss of life.

How is it that politicians think they can act like gods and mess with this sacred oath and the lives of the population without prosecution?
