As recipient you are so frantic to stop the harsh klaxon sound that you don't get to read the alert text before it's gone.
Likely few users know where to find the emergency-message history list.
That's frustrating - all my emergency-alert settings are set to off, yet they still come through.
My device just made the loud emergency message noise inches from my face, and I hit OK to make the noise stop before even reading the words.
I wonder what it was about.
