Il Tempo: Ambiente, Mantovani (Comune Milano): "Per i giovani è un diritto e una responsabilità"

Roma, 15 mag. (Adnkronos salute) - "Non sono certa che a questa età i ragazzi siano del tutto consapevoli che hanno diritto a un ambiente sano, ma devono imparare a sapere che è un diritto e che il diritto porta con sé delle responsabilità. L'ambiente è qualcosa di molto importante e iniziative che gli permettono di approfondire questo tema e lavorarci insieme sono, secondo me, importantissime". Lo ha detto Susanna Mantovani, garante dei Diritti per l'infanzia e l'adolescenza del Comune di Milano, in occasione dell'evento finale del progetto 'Ciak si crea - Trame di periferia', organizzato oggi nel capoluogo lombardo per sensibilizzare, con il linguaggio cinematografico, i giovani sui temi della salute respiratoria e dell'ambiente, promosso dall'associazione 3 Elle Ets e il sostegno di Chiesi Italia.
"E' importante che i ragazzi si impegnino su temi di questo genere - sottolinea Mantovani - Lavorando insieme e in un modo non del tutto tradizionale, con una pluralità di linguaggi, nella scuola, imparano e si sensibilizzano su temi molto importanti sul piano dell'apprendimento e sul piano educativo".

Rome, May 15 (Adnkronos salute) - “I’m not entirely sure that at this age young people are fully aware that they have the right to a healthy environment, but they need to learn that it’s a right and that the right carries with it responsibilities. The environment is something very important and initiatives that allow them to delve into this topic and work on it together are, in my opinion, extremely important.” This was said by Susanna Mantovani, the Child and Adolescent Rights Guardian for the City of Milan, during the final event of the ‘Ciak si crea - Trame di periferia’ project, organized today in the Lombard capital to raise awareness among young people, through the language of cinema, on the themes of respiratory health and the environment, promoted by the 3 Elle Ets association and supported by Chiesi Italia.

“It’s important that young people engage with issues like this – Mantovani emphasizes – Working together and in a way that is not entirely traditional, with a plurality of languages, in school, they learn and become aware of very important themes in terms of learning and education.”

Roma, 15 mag. (Adnkronos Salute) - "Mi sono fortemente emozionato nel vedere dei bellissimi cortometraggi, dove gli attori principali sono ragazzi così giovani. C'è un filo conduttore molto importante, che riguarda anche la nostra azienda: per noi, infatti, è fondamentale non solo curare, ma anche fare prevenzione. Dato che si parla di patologie respiratorie, c'è una forte correlazione con la qualità dell'aria. E' molto importante sensibilizzare l'opinione pubblica, ma soprattutto i giovani, che sono coloro che prenderanno in mano questo mondo, sull'importanza di avere aria pulita. Aria pulita significa, infatti, prevenire patologie e non arrivare a curare le persone, che per noi è la cosa più importante in assoluto". Lo ha detto Raffaello Innocenti, Ceo & Managing Director di Chiesi Italia, all'evento di chiusura del progetto 'Ciak si crea - Trame di periferia', organizzato oggi all'Auditorium della Scuola Regina Mundi di Corvetto a Milano. Giunta alla seconda edizione, l'iniziativa nazionale dell'associazione 3 Elle Ets, fondata dall'attrice Sarah Maestri, ha l'obiettivo di sensibilizzazione sui temi della salute respiratoria e dell'ambiente. Il progetto è sostenuto da Chiesi Italia e realizzato nell'ambito del Piano nazionale cinema e immagini per la scuola, promosso da Mic - ministero della Cultura e Mim - ministero dell'Istruzione e del Merito.
"Come società benefit abbiamo degli obiettivi estremamente ambiziosi - continua Innocenti - Il primo è raggiungere Net Zero nel 2035, il che significa ben 15 anni prima degli accordi di Parigi. Questo non è solo un impegno in ambito ambientale, ma anche un forte impegno in ambito sociale. E' una iniziativa bellissima - sottolinea - perché è un investimento sulle nuove generazioni, che sono coloro che avranno le responsabilità, nel futuro, di cercare di rendere migliore questo pianeta". Attenzione all'aria pulita significa "sensibilità ambientale, sociale, ma anche prevenzione, perché sappiamo quanto l'aria pulita possa prevenire le malattie respiratorie”, conclude Innocenti.
