Power goes out across the country amid a heatwave that Iraqi meteorological services expect to last more than a week, with temperatures climbing as high as 50 degrees Celsius.
Almost 50% of electricity will be generated by renewables and nuclear by 2026. I personally wish it was mostly solar, but this is great news.
