Throw-back memory of #EASTAP Annual Conference in London last September: it was again inspiring to share my latest writings on the #exilives research with peers while presenting the latest thematic issue 7.1 on Exile & (Neo)nationalism I put together at #EJTP with Prof. Yana Meerzon together with the inauguration of the journal on the OJS platform ejtp.eu under #UGP. And I invited the conference to Groningen next year under the title, Waiting for the Barbarians. Stay tuned for more on this front!

Hi! I am assist. prof. in Arts, Culture and Media at University of #Groningen. My research focuses on #exilictheatre #musiccognition #politicalperformativity #activism with a focus on #Turkey and #KurdishQuestion. I am co-editing 2 books on Turkey, a special issue on #exile with #EJTP where I am managing editor. I finished an H2020 project #ExiLives at FU #Berlin. I am committee member #opera for the Dutch #RaadvoorCultuur, I chair the Benelux chapter at #MCAA and am a critic at #Theaterkrant.nl
