#Dunning_Kruger por todos lados.
Mucho énfasis en la libertad de opinión y poco en que lo transmitido sea verad o útil.
De esto ya hablaba Isaac Asimov; "There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there has always been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.”
@popey Probably not, but there is a reason that I added #dunning_kruger to the hashtags on this one.
Still, I'm looking forward to playing around with it a bit just to learn....even if I learn that it is a bad idea.
So, I'm currently installing WSL in an attempt to get Windows 11 to view various ext4 filesystems, as I do a lot of stuff with Rasperry Pi machines. This feels...kinda wrong. I hope it works though. I know just enough to be dangerous, but not enough to be a true expert.
New #NiceMicroMonday episode!
This time it is about the "Dunning-Kruger effect", or rather, what people think the Dunning-Kruger effect is, and what my guess is for what's actually going on in public life.

@kd7qot Want to talk about the stable genius's mind storm for an "External Revenue service"? Because if we have a Internal Revenue Service to collect income taxes, surely it is only fair to have an external one to collect tariffs? Right? Why didn't anyone ever think of that? Thank you Donald Trump, I was worried we had elected a man who didn't know enough about the job to perform competently. #dunning_kruger

(tldr George Washington and 1st congress thought of that.)
"... and neither does anyone else"
You are bit presomptuous on your estimation of "NEITHER DOES ANYONE ESLE"
And if you took the role to speak for me, let me tell you publicly THAT I DON'T ACCEPT YOU SPEAK FOR ME
Above all when you say something stupid. (Don't worry I also say stupid things, I am aware of it, I am also a wizard in my domain ;-) )
