I'm a terrible chess player. My nephew is pretty good. However, through stupid luck I check mated his king in about 10 moves last weekend.

Clearly the brain has no "moving" parts, but the concept that our thoughts can be significantly more complex than our actions strikes me as true. But if I flip this, it is an antidote for worry. Taking action may be the simplest thing I can do. Like my dad's dumb luck theory. Don't worry about it, set your intention, get in motion, and pay attention. Something will happen - and its usually better than you think.
