As a huge fan of belt scrolling beat-em-ups, I've got a particular love for ones that are a bit more mechanical and less quarter munching than the ones designed for Arcades. Streets of Rage is basically the iconic series of these, and I'm a huge fan of Rushing Beat Shura for SNES (Jaleco's discount SoR), I've found another in #DoubleDragonNeon.

It's a game which has an interesting moveset based around spot dodging, good spacial management tools, and hot-swappable specials and stat boosts you can get. It's not like... the best one of these, but it's a really good 7-8/10?

The game's style is... a lot. They decided to go full 80's cheese with it and the comedy mostly hits. But it is the brothers going up against Skeletor in his space station and fighting giant tanks while music like this plays: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lW98Z9W1X5I

It's also got good co-op with the ability to equalize life at any point and raise fallen co-op partners.
