Two things I never knew I’d love before living in the US:

Carving pumpkins and decorating gingerbread houses!

These traditions have become my new favorites, blending creativity, fun, and most importantly - they come out great no matter of how average I am at it 😃

And what’s more fitting for both Christmas and Hanukkah than a donut shop?

It's the closest thing to our Jelly Donut - a.k.a the Sufganiyah 🍩

This year, our gingerbread creation is a cozy donut shop we topped of with dreidels and gelt — perfect for the season (We also had funky lights inside… until I overused them and killed the battery!)
