@flexion awww...

I really like that #SGI #Onyx to the point that #Dodoid inspired me to ask if something that powerful (but by modern standards) could be built.

I think the answer is yes OFC!

As #Dodoid pointed out in his series about #SGI, #SiliconGraphics was absorbed by #RackableSystems.which rebranded as #sgi and then were bought up by #HPE....

Anyone know how #Dodoid is doin'?

Dodoid

Dodoid is a channel about whatever old and new technology I happen to have laying around. I'm particularly interested in Silicon Graphics machines and ThinkPads of all ages, but I'll upload just about any computer-related thing I think is interesting. If you need to contact me, send a private message to /u/DodoDude700 (my account) on Reddit, or to Dodoid on IRIX Network's forum or Discord (for SGI stuff). This channel used to be called ShroomTube, and featured poor quality animations of mushrooms. Those videos are no longer available but if you want to access one please ask.

@ActionRetro sadly #Dodoid went dark for quite some time.
