I've done it for a few years now, usually keeping my answers short. It's an interesting record of my life, throwing spotlights on a few things that move me.

Anybody else doing this or similar practices?

Because I was away for a few days, I've started answering 10Q only today. It's a chance for reflection, prompting you one question per day over a period of 10 days. For instance, "How would you like to improve yourself and your life next year?" or "Describe a significant experience that has happened in the past year. How did it affect you?"

Your answers are stored for a year, and you receive them with the start of the next reflection period. https://www.doyou10q.com/

So here's a thing. I've been doing this for a few years now, it exposes my shortcomings, and provides me with an imperative to improve.
Today is the last day, but if you have a mind to, there is still time to join in. https://www.doyou10q.com/question/share/2023/10

Do You 10Q?

@dasparky I participate in #DoYou10Q every year, and have always appreciated both the questions and getting to read over the answers from the year prior. The first two are always:

1. Describe a significant experience that has happened in the past year. How did it affect you? Are you grateful? Relieved? Resentful? Inspired?

2. Is there something that you wish you had done differently this past year? Alternatively, is there something you're especially proud of?
