Schreier: Sony is ditching narrative exclusives on PC, low revenue is the cause 😣

Hermen Hulst told staff that PC releases were inconsistent and profits were DISAPPOINTING. Now Sony wants to tie its franchises tighter to PlayStation. Nishino confirmed platform choice depends on the project. Even Xbox has a similar stance, they now evaluate each title individually, with service games staying multiplatform.

As an Australian (also currently suffering a majority federal govt) it’s very disappointing to read this about Canada as we often feel we have much in common. I hope parliamentary scrutiny can be reinstated &/or improved soon. Otherwise it’s lawyers at ten paces, & we all know the law moves at a glacial pace. ☹️
