Farley has been at NIWRA for a long time. I first met him there, about a decade ago & he'd been there for awhile at that time.

Farley was found near 100 Mile House BC after being hit by a vehicle. The collision resulted in a badly broken wing which had to be partially amputated. He cannot fly and will live here at the Centre as a permanent, non-releasable resident.
