Yesterday Joanna and I went on an expedition across #Cambridge in search of #DinkyDoors

We had much success, found eight dinky doors (plus two unusual non-dinky-doors) and have done a little bit to help *SAVE THE WORLD* (crikey).

Another of the #DinkyDoors that can be spotted around Cambridge
Around Cambridge you'll randomly come across these tiny #DinkyDoors sculptures. Each one has its own little story. I'm a huge fan of what these people do.

Dinky door at 10 Downing Street, #Cambridge getting it's dinky tentacles on my #MicroBit and #RaspberryPi #pico.

Another #DinkyDoors

A cute little wizards house just by the main University buildings in Cambridge.

One of the original #DinkyDoors around Cambridge.

There are a bunch of Giraffes popping up around Cambridge.

The important thing however is that the #DinkyDoors guys have one.

DinkyDoors are amazing little sculptures and models that pop up around Cambridge.

I should get back into the habit of posting them for you.

Aww, that's lovely!

Reminds me a little bit of #DinkyDoors in Cambridge (they don't have any Blinkenlights though)

Hello Lovely Peeps! πŸ‘‹

If you love #SmolArt, then pls consider #DinkyDoors. It's not a busy hashtag, but promises to be a delight.

If you are not familiar with them, see dinkydoors.co.uk - tiny *gorgeous* installations in Cambridge (UK).

Their mission is TO SAVE THE WORLD - they "firmly believe that dinky things, discovered unexpectedly, can deliver dollops of delight that can defend against the daily onslaught of miserable miserableness." (*whew*! - but they are not wrong! 😊 )

In Cambridge we have something called #DinkyDoors it's a collective of artists that build amazing miniatures and attach them to things outside to make it look like tiny people live between our streets. They are always very creative. I'll share them under the above hashtag if you want to keep up, I'll also try and get this one when the sun is out.
