It will come as no surprise to you that the Netherlands intelligence agencies are now no longer sharing intelligence with the US (and specifically that on Russia).

Whether this is part of a wide intelligence inoculation from the US remains to be seen, but if the Dutch are saying it, you can bet other intelligence agencies are quietly withholding from information sharing with the US.
