A dialog box for an appointment that has already been established shows up. It has an "X" button which clearly is to dismiss the dialog, and it has a "Dismiss" button.
I want to cancel the appointment, not just dismiss the dialog box. It looks like I cannot cancel the appointment. There's no button clearly labelled "Cancel this appointment."
Except that today I discover that the "Dismiss" button is meant to cancel *the appointment*.
Okay, so same user interface, I have a pupil who has gone MIA. I want to delete the entire series of appointments with her.
Click on one appointment and I get the X, "Cancel" and "Edit." Mind you, this is a bit better than "Dismiss" because now it says "Cancel." However, does it cancel the dialog, or the appointment.
It turns out that it cancels the appointment, not the dialog box.
Shitty UX design.... 😩 Who the hell designed this thing?
