A lot of smart minds think the debt ceiling law may violate the 14th Amendment. I encourage them to file a lawsuit to test the Constitutionality of this law AFTER the current debt ceiling has been raised. It is better to have this court fight over the next two years without the specter of global economic collapse hanging over our heads.
