Geo turns 1 year old today đ
Geo adopted us at the shelter when he was 3 months old and ill. It's been a long 9 months of crying, growing, and loving. We're up to 39 hand signs. A combo of ASL & our own creations. His top one is đ€

When I go outside at sunset to check on sleeping bees, this face watches over me. Geo often smooshes his nose against the glass, as if to smell thru the glass đ
Waiting for one of your people to safely come home
Sensing & sharing the evening breezes before we heat up again. Glad to see Geo's face relaxed. He took a longer neighborhood walk today & was startled by a dog & his human. We used our leash and hand signs to work as a team to turn around, get more comfortable distance, and to play away the stress.
Geo was 3 months when he adopted us from the shelter. We've all grown in unexpected ways these last 8 months. Next month, Geo will be a year old. When we hit rough spots, we rely on love to help us find the right path đ«¶

When one of your people has to leave on an errand, you watch them until they are out of sight.
We finally have hand signal routine down so Geo understands we will be back.
