Eternal, MajestyI'm here today at the Minnesota Capitol for the Day of Reason Rally.
Breakfast beforehand with some legislators and speakers, including Andrew Seidel from Americans United for Separation of Church and State. The rally itself will be in the rotunda at 1:30.
I feel lucky to have a Secular Caucus in Minnesota. But I was also reminded of the huge memorial to service members and police on the Capitol grounds that is emblazoned with a biblical excerpt from Matthew 5:9. Creepy.
I might go get something to eat in lowertown until the rally. Good thing I brought the bike, we get the best parking at the Capitol.
