FFRF is contacting you and our other members with an unusual request: to seek out a traumatologist (or oncologist) willing to review two scans and, based on findings, write a short letter about the changes seen in the most recent scan.
The case involves a Moroccan #atheists and feminist in her 50s who has been imprisoned for wearing a T-shirt that “insults Allah.” A prosthesis was placed in her left arm after surviving cancer in her youth, which was due to be operated on at the time of her arrest and imprisonment last fall. The letter would be intended to be shared with relevant parties, including the patients’ attorneys, the government of Morocco, etc., and would be public.
