Tough night again #tonight, two hours late off, so that’s a 12hr shift with no break again. I am trying to take care of myself, and made sure I ate breakfast #today. Granted I ate it at 2pm, but it was still #breakfast. Given I didn’t eat anything else until the two double cheeseburgers from the drive-thru on my way home at 4am, I’m glad I did.

#Day176 of #365HappyDays is therefore my breakfast. Greek yogurt, granola, blueberries and honey.
