Thursday #DailyTracks : We'll this shoulda woulda been a Wednesday thing if it had not been for #OBS standing for *obstinate* today, as in crashing hard enough X 2 to need as many reinstalls...
These are learning days that feel slow but there is a lot of learning going on. You try to push the thing and it pushes back. .Test vid up hopefully tomorrow. Tracked some keyboards for an instrumental tune that's been lying around awhile. It's called False Start / Five Yard Penalty. Timely

1/2 Tuesday #DailyTracks : So journey this week is getting the #YouTube channel going with as little fuss as possible. It's taken a bit O' flailing and three days to get keys, drums and voice from DAW to OBS with two cams running and recording.
The next thing is that one of the cams refuses to work with broadcast at anything other than 30 fps- too laggy for hands on keys, so switcheroo..
Color matching the two cams via normal controls is a complete lost cause. Doing it in post w/Resolve is...

Saturday #DailyTracks : There are times when you go do that thing that kept getting pushed down the list as nonessential and then that thing just clicks and your like, why the hell did I wait so long to do this? Our valuations of things at times are just way off. If your not careful you wind up dividing, separating what #Music is from what being a #Musician is. You can’t wall off one from the other if both are a part of who you are, any more than breathing air is some kind of optional indulgence

1/n Saturday #DailyTracks : So finally been cajoled / ridiculed into getting the site and a long time threatened #YouTube channel to some semblance of what’s expected of a going concern . Naturally after updating everything those now ancient exploratory 2 year old configs for the DAW and #OBS working together were schmutz-hammered…
That ultra retentive reflex kicked in after getting those working again so spent next 4 hours trying to make two very different webcams look like they were not born…

Friday #DailyTracks : Well what an appropriate day for this. It’s funny. Back on #LongIsland first year of high school I didn’t realize how nearby the literal East Coast version of the #Toto situation was. Monster musicians were everywhere and not making enough noise while literally in rooms right next door to each other. Both the #Comedy and the musos who found each other became readily apparent over time.
Coin flips mostly.The folks with real plans mostly wound up in accounting
