Seems like forever since I posted anything...
Nonetheless I wanted to share the journey I am embarking on.

I watched Dr #Bosworth interview on #DOAC (The Diary of a CEO by Steven Bartlett) about Insulin and Ketosis.

It struck a deep cord inside of me.
I needed to do the #Ketodiet.

And the I remembered, once, I was a vegetarian for 6 months and I did actually follow the Ketodiet somehow. I remember it was one of the best period of relief #healthwise (lost 10kg btw during from 110kg)

This is a long one, a couple of hours, worth a listen though for anyone with concerns about this seemingly mad reckless rush to AGI
