#Naturism also challenges the habit of comparison. Modern #society encourages constant comparison. People compare bodies, achievements, possessions, & status. The comparison rarely ends because there is always someone who appears more successful or attractive. #Naturist environments expose the futility of this process. When surrounded by #diverse bodies, the notion of a single ideal becomes increasingly difficult to maintain. (14/24)

What benefit is there in being #naked you ask, well it replaces imagination with #reality. Many people grow up only seeing edited, selected, or artificial images of the #body, leading to insecurity about their own appearance. In #Naturism, surrounded by ordinary unclothed people, you begin to see how #diverse humanity actually is. No two bodies are alike. That simple realisation can dissolve years of shame, allowing the #body to be viewed with honesty, normality, & ease.
