I spied this deer, or rather, it spied me when I emerged from the forest.
It sure felt good getting out today, seemed like a long time for me to take the time to clear my head, and stretch my achy everything.

Found my motivation this morning to get moving.
Headed out into one of my favorite forests and spent 30 minutes of rapid walking and then 15 minutes of sauntering (my favorite part) where I caught this pretty bird.

There are several resting in the backyard right now, and every night, because my neighbors have been feeding them. I'm afraid for them because they're too close to the roads here.
In today's episode of Crappy Cellphone Photo of the Day, I had a little visitor this evening tottering along from tree to tree foraging for food.
While watching, I was overcome by holy wow, Autumn is here! Just look at those red maple leaves! 🍁 I love that tree!
