DoomsdaysCWHubby is making #CowboyHotPot today. I couldn't find the smoked vegan cheese, but did find a local smoked cheddar. I'll have to do more looking around for smoked vegan cheese, but for today...
And yes, the #CowboyHotPot could be easily be adapted to include #Landman / Landmen. Just replace the beans with them! đ
Oh, and honestly, I think some of the recipes that I'll be sharing -- like #CowboyHotPot (not made with cowboys, sorry Eat The Rich folks), and #ShephardessPie (meatless Shepard's pie) could win over any #MeatEater. They won me over! And yes, both involve cheese, but still... Look for the #EatYourVeggies hashtag!
