Made the dough today for two kinds of cookies, gf sugar cookie cut-outs and gf gingerbread cookies, and it’s all chilling in the fridge now. Tomorrow, we bake!

(Found out too late my husband doesn’t like gingerbread, so obviously our entire relationship is a lie 😂)
