Después de 8 correos con soporte de razer, siempre volvían a lo mismo "Actualizar desde pc con Windows"... Pues no, el mando es para Xbox y quiero actualizarlo en Xbox sino que no hagan publicidad engañosa ( En el branding indican expresamente diseñado para Xbox...pero parece que no ). El último recurso que dieron fue que se lo mandara y ellos actualizarlo, les dije que ok pero que primero me enviaran a mi un "mando de sustitución" y también me dijeron que era imposible.

Pues nada Amazon si ha sido flexible, me ha admitido la devolución y reembolso y la chica de atención al cliente se tiró un buen rato conmigo por teléfono buscándome uno similar de otro fabricante, gestionada devolución y envío en 24 horas del nuevo.

Pensareis que es una tontería, pero este mando me lo regaló mi pareja, es un mando "pro" y cuesta más de 200€. Nunca he tenido un periférico de estas características y me toca los huevos la nula atención al cliente de razer y la "obligación" de tener que actualizar en un pc con Windows en vez de actualizar en Xbox un mando que supuestamente está diseñado para Xbox

Perdón por el tocho, pero es una manera de desfogar.
