Getting the pylons glued into place is an exercise in patience and speed. I had to apply the glue, get them into position then quickly apply milliput around the metal tubes to support them and keep the pylons at the correct angle and then use masking tape to hold everything in place while the milliput cures. First round of #Milliput and sanding done on the secondary hull and pylons. I’ve also drilled out a 7mm hole for the stand rod and scraped out channels in the pylons for a 3mm support rod which will also hold the electrical wires to the nacelles. I received this 1/537 Refit from a regular customer a couple of years ago who had no use for it. This will be the final time I build this kit because it’s horrible (putting it very mildly).
