The topic is "Good Enough Ancestor: Software Freedom as Civic Care across Generations". It will connect the software freedom movement to Audrey's and Caroline Green's framework for local, community-governed, more caring AI systems rather than reliance on centralised systems. Tang and Green work in the local University of Oxford Institute for AI Ethics. Tang is also first Digital Minister of Taiwan, and 2025 Right Livelihood laureate. Before ministership and research, Tang was a prolific FLOSS programmer, and since has for example helped persuade Pol.is to adopt the AGPL license.

Pierre Bance vient présenter son ouvrage :
La Grande Fédération :
Démocratie directe et vie fédérale est l'idée selon laquelle le monde nouveau se prépare collectivement bien avant la révolution.

Cette pensée conduit l'auteur à amorcer et encourager une réflexion sur les institutions et les droits fondamentaux d'une grande fédération de communes autonomes, auto-administrées et autogérées.

L'ouvrage est composé de quatre idées :

- Croire que l'État peut ne pas être dominateur est comme croire que le Capital peut ne pas être profiteur.
- Sans un mouvement pour la démocratie
directe, la commune et le fédéralisme, un autre futur est impossible.
- Faute d'avoir pensé les institutions de la
société à venir, la révolution communaliste est vouée à l'échec.
- Faute d'avoir dessiné les droits et libertés de la société à venir, la révolution émancipatrice est vouée à l'échec.

Aperçus de l'histoire passée et présente de la démocratie directe :

- La fulgurance de la Commune de Paris.
- La tragédie de la Révolution Russe.
- L'Espagne Libertaire trahie par les siens.
- La résistance d'un Chiapas émancipé.
- L'Auto-administration du Rojava et ses revers.
