Physician/anaesthesia assistants are employed more & more, many working beyond their scope. #Patients have #died due to #PAs working above their #competencies

Trusts still advertising for PAs/AAs when role requires a doctor, many of whom face #unemployment

Patients are confused by various ‘consultants’ who are NOT #medically qualified. They think they’re seeing a #doctor

Using #Google Workspace and #Microsoft Office Web, one can see companies have modal competencies -- web vs desktop. Now, is such competency due to existing software/architecture or existing people or a mix of both? 🤷‍♂️
