A friend of a friend helped to start a project called Just Peoples, which seeks many small donations from financially comfortable people, and hands 100% of them on to partner organisations doing community-led development in the Global South;

They have a separate donation box where people can choose to contribute to the costs of running Just Peoples itself, including staff salaries. I love this model!
