Currently airing anime Code:Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ is set in a steampunk London with a cast of beautiful characters. However, you can experience a little bit of the unique Code:Realize world even in Japan with the collaboration cafes between the anime and Princess Cafe! The cafe will be open in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Sapporo. We already introduced the cafe in our previous article, so check it out to see the cute chibi illustrations. We are now well into the fall season, the first episodes have now aired for almost every anime series for this season. As your resident ikemen expert here at MANGA.TOKYO, I have put together a list of the ikemen anime that are airing this season! These are not anime that just happen to have beautiful guys in the cast, these are anime that revolve ENTIRELY around the hot cast. Ikemen? Bishounen? Bidanshi? Impressions Jennifer As I mentioned in my Sengoku Night Blood first impressions, it is very difficult to make an anime adaptation of an otome game. Part of the reason is that games take many routes based on the choices you make, and it's only by following each route that you can really learn the nitty gritty details of each character. I have to say the first episode was okay, and it introduced us to the main characters as well as the steampunk setting. As somebody from England, I was disappointed that none of the characters so far are based on English characters but I guess that's besides the point. The Princess Cafe branches all over Japan are presenting the fans with a Code: Realize collaboration cafe! It will open in Ikebukuro, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Sapporo and Akihabara. For details about the opening times, please look at the summary below! The food and drink of the cafe will be inspired by the characters and there is merchandise available with a special design made only for this cafe! You can take a look at the goodies below! There are acrylic key holders available, can badges, big acrylic stands, a tote bag, and more! The menu includes five dishes. You can choose between a tomato risotto, quiche and curry for your main dish or you go for the sweets set or the trifle for dessert. The drinks are each inspired by different characters, so you can drink a hot tea from Van, a soda from Frank, Lupins cola or Saint-Germain's coffee. The main characters have already been introduced before and with the approaching air date, we get introduced to more characters. This time we are being introduced to Herlock Sholmes, a famous detective, voiced by Kazuya Murakami. The vampire descendant Delacroix II is being voiced by Miho Ishigami, Queen Victoria is voiced by Naomi Iida and Rempart Leonhard will be voiced by Yoji Ueda. Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ will start airing on 7 October 2017 and has revealed a second key visual! In it we can see Lupin and Cardia in a very romantic position, but looking closely we can see that Lupins hand is getting burnt by Cardia's poisonous skin. Both of them seem to have made peace with her ability and look happy and in love. Only one month is left until broadcasting start, we can't wait!
