Impressions Jennifer As I mentioned in my Sengoku Night Blood first impressions, it is very difficult to make an anime adaptation of an otome game. Part of the reason is that games take many routes based on the choices you make, and it's only by following each route that you can really learn the nitty gritty details of each character. I have to say the first episode was okay, and it introduced us to the main characters as well as the steampunk setting. As somebody from England, I was disappointed that none of the characters so far are based on English characters but I guess that's besides the point.
