I just got sassed by my cockatiel Peppercorn when I told her it was bedtime. She made some 'sqwerk' sounds at me and didn't move to her usual spot like she generally does when I told her it was bedtime and went to cover their cage for the night. lol
She HAS been extra sassy lately. 
Her sister just did her usual thing and stuck her tail up in the air. (no idea why she does this) I don't think she has gotten what 'night night' and bedtime mean yet??? I'm not sure.
